1st Meeting: During the shooting of Bangaram - A husband and wife who were daily laborers placed their son (suffering from illness) in his hands and began crying. Looking at the scene, Pawan started to cry. He immediately asked his manager to take the boy in his car to Rainbow Hospital and ensured that the kid is safe by paying all the hospital expenses.
