'Bol Bachchan' which is a blockbuster
hit film in Bollywood is being remade in Telugu as‘Masala’. This is
going to be a multistarrer Tollywood Movie casting Venkatesh and Ram in the lead
roles while Anjali and Shajan Padamsee are the female leads.
The movie is expected to hit the screens
in October. The shooting schedules have already been wrapped up and the
post-production works are in brisk progress. Meanwhile, the audio
composed by Thaman will be unveiled soon. Currently it is known that the
movie may be released on OCT 31st. However, an official announcement on
the release date of the movie is awaited.
Vijayabhaskar is directing the movie,
who is well known for making comedy films. However, for the first time
he is handling two heroes together in his film. We have to see how he
would manage the combination of these artistes.
Suresh Babu and Sravanti Ravikishore are producing the film on the joint banner of ‘Sravanti Movies and Suresh Productions’.
While the pair of Anjali and Venkatesh
in ‘Seetamma Vakitlo Sirimalle Chettu’ was a big hit, the film ‘Orange’
with Shajan Padamsee and Ram Charan has been a disaster. Well, we have
to wait and watch whether ‘Masala’ would help Shajan Padamsee’s career
with a big hit.
