Tollywood Prince mahesh babu's '1-Nenokkadine' movie's Guntur area rights have recently been sold out for a whopping price of Rs.4 crores. Buzz is that the movie's rights for Vizag area have also been sold out.  As per the sources, the movie was sold out to Rs.5 crores with Rs.4.5 crores as non refundable advance in it.
