Telugu Actor Sunil Varma, who has so far
starred in three remakes, is likely to be seen in yet another - the
upcoming Telugu remake of recent Tamil blockbuster "Sundarapandian".
Telugu filmmaker Bheemineni Srinivasa Rao, who earlier remade southern
films like "Tamizh Padam" and "Thirupaachi", will helm the new remake.
"Sunil has been approached for the
remake, but we haven't finalized anything yet. In a couple of weeks we
would have something concrete. We know that Sunil, who watched the
original, was happy with the film, and therefore, we are hoping he would
come on board soon," a source close to Bheemineni told IANS. Sunil
currently shooting for Tollywood romantic-comedy "Bheemavaram Bullodu". "If
Sunil green-lights the project, regular shooting will start only after
he completes his current film," added the source.
